Safeguarding our children in an ongoing priority for us and we have been looking at and acting on the newly updated and published statutory documents that have come out over the summer focusing on keeping children safe, working together and information sharing as well as changed obligations when we recruit new adults into school.
We are continually evolving our practice to ensure that we provide the highest standards of service and care. We have a range of clearly communicated policies and procedures that are audited at least annually to ensure their effectiveness.
We practice safer recruitment and safer workforce procedures to ensure that our adults in school are of excellent character and are fit to work with a vulnerable group.
